These providers only receive what they need to perform their services for us.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for the website to function. If analytics tools, advertising pixels, or non-essential cookies are added later, this Privacy Policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested.

Retention

We keep customer planning information for as long as needed to deliver the plan, handle refinements, maintain records of the order, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

To exercise privacy rights, email plan@tripstrat.com.
